$175 (Regularly $250)

- CONSULTATION
- HAND DRAWN DESIGN (95% HOA approval rate.)
- ITEMIZED COST ESTIMATE (for us to install landscape.)* WE WILL LEAVE BOTH THE DESIGN AND COST ESTIMATE WITH YOU. ONCE YOU HAVE THOSE, YOU CAN BID THE PROJECT OUT OR DO IT YOURSELF IF YOU PREFER. THE DESIGN AND ITEMIZED PRICE LIST ARE YOURS TO DO WITH AS YOU WILL. OF COURSE, YOU CAN USE US IF THAT’S YOUR PREFERENCE
